NOTE: These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Buildingpicks, Inc. ("BPI"). They supplement, and do not replace, our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description.
BPI sends transactional text messages on behalf of the building-materials and landscape supply yards that use our ordering platform. Messages relate to orders you have placed and include invoice notifications containing a link to view and pay, and delivery status updates including estimated arrival and arrival notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
2. How You Are Enrolled.
You provide your mobile number to the supply yard when you place a material order or open an account — in person at the yard counter, over the phone with a yard employee, or on the yard's written order form — and are told at that time that it will be used to send invoice and delivery notifications for your orders. The first message sent to any number is a one-time program disclosure identifying the supply yard and stating "Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
3. Message Frequency.
Message frequency varies with your order activity. You receive messages only in connection with orders you have placed.
4. Cost.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. BPI does not charge you for the messages themselves.
5. Opting Out.
You may stop all further messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from that number. Opt-out requests are honored automatically and permanently for that number. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT.
6. Help.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, contact your supply yard directly, or email us at support@buildingpicks.com.
7. Carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy.
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
